Der ursprüngliche Artikel wurde geändert, um die falsche Dosis unleserlich zu machen. Der Fehler entstand, weil die Autoren eigentlich beabsichtigten, Propranolol (und nicht Bisoprolol) in die Tabelle aufzunehmen. Alle Autoren stimmen dieser Zurückziehung zu.
